I hope the manager was made aware of these situations and apologized to this young couple and the other women. It is unfortunate that one negative experience really left a bad impression. The shuttle driver was incredible and so was the person working the breakfast area. I only hope it includes a certain employee as well. It is good to see that they will be doing a renovation later this year. The bathroom was in bad shape with rust and stains. Although our room was clean, it is in definite need of an upgrade. Very unprofessional.not only in how she treats paying customers but how she dresses. She did this in front of other customers in the lobby. I later heard her talking to another employee about them and also about another woman who were upset with her. The general manager of this hotel needs to address this because the people they have working the front desk are the face of the hotel and she is in definite need of a lesson on how to treat customers. When an employee of a business calls a customer a liar and talks to them the way she did, I lost all respect for this hotel. I witnessed her being incredibly rude to a young couple who were checking in and there was a problem with their reservation. Unfortunately, the woman working the front desk on Saturday changed my mind on the great service. Very friendly and helped us with recommending restaurants.

When we arrived Friday night, the two women working at the front desk were awesome. We stayed here for 3 nights and although the price was decent, it definitely needs improvement in a few areas.
